Renovations

The mall has been renovated twice since its opening. A slight facelift was completed around 2002. The mall was painted an off-white colour in replacement of its turquoise, peach and pink colour tones. In later years Cadillac Fairview decided to do an extensive interior renovation, in which they replaced all lighting, flooring and reconfigured the food court to make it accommodate more seating. The center fountains were removed to have more usable space for the Aroma Espresso Bar.

Yogen Früz

In August 1986, the first Yogen Früz store in the world was opened at the mall by the local Serruya Brothers.
